CustomerManager Movie

CustomerManager is a 21st Century application. It does things that other applications do not do.

TenFold built a CRM application, CustomerManager, to manage customer information. One Support Specialist worked part-time building CustomerManager for 2 weeks, and had it in production by the end of the 3rd week. By the time we made this movie, we had completed about 3 person-weeks of full-time equivalent work, which doesn't include data entry. Every few days we deliver CustomerManager enhancements into production. All TenFold Support staff work on CustomerManger in their spare time, and it's getting better and better!
